EMAIL MARKETING CONSENT & PROMOTIONAL CODE TERMS

By entering your email address and affirmatively opting-in, you expressly consent to Off the Tee Limited (“OTT”) sending you marketing emails and newsletters about its products, services and promotional offers. 

 

You authorise OTT to store and process the email address and any additional personal data you supply solely for these communications, including anonymised analytical tracking to improve campaign relevance. 

 

You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting support@ottgolfwear.com; once received, OTT will erase your details from its marketing database within 10 business days. New subscribers will receive a single-use discount code valid for 30 days from sign-up, which cannot be combined with any other OTT promotion, partner discount or affiliate offer. 

 

By subscribing you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and acknowledge that your data will be handled in accordance with UK data-protection legislation, including the UK GDPR. 

 

OTT reserves the right to amend these email-marketing terms with reasonable notice to subscribers, and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
